We are committed to providing high-quality gunsmithing services and professional training. Please review our policies carefully before booking.
Gunsmithing Services
All firearms and projects are evaluated on an individual basis. Due to the custom nature of gunsmithing work:
Deposits are non-refundable once work has been approved and scheduled
Completed services are non-refundable
If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion
Any special-order parts or materials are non-refundable once purchased
We stand behind our work—if there is an issue related to workmanship, please contact us within our warranty period for review
Courses & Training (Online & In-Person)
Due to limited availability and immediate access to training materials:
All course purchases are non-refundable
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer to a future class (subject to availability and approval)
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment
For online courses, access to course materials is granted immediately, therefore no refunds will be issued
